Badger operates as a crimelord of sorts, with "offices" in the Eavesdown Docks area on Persephone. He speaks with a heavy 'east-end' accent that identifies him as a native of Dyton Colony. Although he is primarily active on Persephone, he keeps connections in many different places -- he keeps a banking account accessible on the Kowlan Federal Base, for example. (Safe) |
